Where Is Everybody? (Student Film)

Have ever woken up and not know where you are, or can't find anyone home. Do you remember your heart pounding and you spidey sense on full alert. Well that's what we have here. Look at the picture up there if they don't spook you I don't even know LOL.

Lets get to it and introduce you to the film and it's cast.

This story is about Jamie, a quiet and anxious teenager, who accidentally falls asleep for a little too long, their disoriented awakening brings them into a place they completely recognize, but feels unfamiliar.

Whilst trying to solve the mystery of where everybody went, the ominous situation becomes menacing very quickly.

The Cast

About the Director: Rocky is an undergraduate sophomore at UT Austin working to earn her bachelors of science in Radio - TV - Film.

About the Writer: Steven Sallie was born in Nashville, TN before moving to Kentucky, then ultimately ending up in Oklahoma, where he resides with his partner and their child. He was bitten with the film bug early and began writing screenplays by age 15.

About the Producer: Alyssa Young is a second year film major at UT Austin with a focus in producing and sound. She’s been pursuing filmmaking since around age 14 and has recently found her passion for producing over the past few years through producing with Spacesuit Media in Dallas, TX.

About our Actor: Dion, playing Jamie, is from Seattle, Washington. He started to get into acting through a mother agency in Seattle. This last summer, he moved to Austin to gain more experience in film.

About Us: We are a crew of young film students at UT Austin who are making this short horror film about abandonment to resonate with others. We’re asking for your help so we can make this film the best we can, which we are confident we can do.

They hope to receive the majority of our funding goals through Indiegogo. We are hoping to use any money we receive here towards equipment rentals, production design, safety expenses and catering.
