Attack of the Corn Zombies (2023) In Production, First Look

100% disclosure here I wasn't going to review another trope filled zombie movie. I'm sure glad I gave it second look. Jeebers these kids have a lot of experience coming into this feature. Do yourself a favor and take a look at the first trailer. Told you it was worth it, now swing over and check out the perks. They have them from $1 (you read that right) up to $675 for an EP credit (easy way to break in to the producer gigs). And come on BIG 10 this is a local boy making good. The midwest needs more film that aren't done in GA. (editors note: They should bring it to Michigan:)lol )

Even if we don't make our goal, we are 100% committed to making this film.  Acrostar Films has a proven track record of delivering quality films with original stories, many available on our Youtube channel. 80s slasher film Trepidity and 1950s style sci-fi creature feature It Came from Somewhere are available on Amazon Prime Video and several streaming platforms. Horror romance film Desperate Souls is in post production, having completed filming in February. And we have at least one more film planned for production in 2023. We like to stay busy and we love the horror genre.

We have set a goal of $10,000 to cover pre-production and production costs. Shooting locations have been booked, filming begins early May. Actors and crew will be paid. Additional expenses include costuming consistent with the looks of 1969 and of course we'll have props and zombie-fighting weapons. Special effects and makeup include fake blood, various types of wounds (torn skin flaps, chunks of skin, bites) and some mutilation from attacks.

We understand that not everyone can contribute financially, but that doesn't mean you can't help by sharing the campaign and telling other fans who might be interested in this film. Thanks in advance!
